Information we collect
When you place an order, submit a wholesale application, leave a review or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, business and delivery details, order information, payment status, review content and messages you send us. If you use the referral programme, we also record your customer-profile identifier, personal referral code and aggregated referral activity. Basic technical and security information may also be processed when you use the site.

Payments
Online payments will be handled securely by Yoco. Maha Ghee will receive transaction and payment-status information but will not store your complete card details.

Reviews and wholesale applications
Wholesale applications are kept private and used to assess and respond to trade or food-service enquiries. Reviews are moderated before publication. Only the reviewer name, optional location, selected product, rating and review text may be published with consent; email addresses and order references remain private.
How long we keep it
We retain order and communication records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.

When someone follows a Maha referral link, a first-party referral cookie may store the referring code for up to 30 days so an eligible purchase can be attributed automatically.
