Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa using PUDO locker delivery or a door-to-door courier service.
Delivery charges
Retail delivery includes the protective packaging required for glass jars. The flat rate is R200 for exactly 12 × 1 litre jars and R150 for other orders up to 12 jars. Both PUDO locker and door-to-door delivery use these rates. Orders above 12 jars, including larger Pantry Pool orders, require a separate delivery quote. We confirm the full total before invoicing or payment. Wholesale delivery is quoted separately for each order because parcel size, weight, packaging and destination vary.
PUDO locker orders
You are responsible for selecting the correct destination locker and supplying an accurate mobile number and email address. The courier will send collection instructions when the parcel arrives. Collection time limits are set by PUDO; additional delivery charges caused by an uncollected or incorrectly addressed parcel may be charged to the customer where the problem was not caused by Maha Ghee.
Dispatch and tracking
We will show or confirm the expected dispatch time when you order. Courier transit times are estimates and may be affected by remote destinations, peak periods or events outside our control. Once a courier booking and tracking reference have been recorded, you can look up the order on our Track an order page using your order reference and checkout email. Courier tracking follows the selected carrier. If a tracking reference is not yet available, contact us at gheemailme@gmail.com. We remain your contact for delivery problems and will help investigate delayed or missing parcels.
